27 Oct The new website of Bl. Gabriele M. Allegra OFM fraternity (Rome)
The Blessed Gabriele M. Allegra OFM Fraternity has recently launched a new website: www.allegraroma.it.
Bl. Gabriele M. Allegra fraternity (FGA) is part of the International College of St. Anthony (CISA), located on Via Merulana 124/B in Rome, Italy. The fraternity is composed of 79 solemnly professed student friars, coming from 42 different entities from the Order of Friars Minor. Among the friars of the fraternity, 32 nations are represented. Academically, the friar students encompass 22 different majors/specializations, studied at 11 different pontifical academic entities (universities, institutes, academies, etc).
Every house of study for the Order is dependent upon the Minister General and is coordinated by the General Secretary for Formation and Studies.
A positive environment of inter-culturality, inter-nationality, and inter-provinciality best characterizes our Community.
Each friar, during their time in Rome, is called to reach their intended academic goals while, at the same time, incorporating Franciscan ideals so that, together – academics and Franciscan spirituality – they can best respond to the needs of the world, the Church, and the entire Order.
