The Minister General, Br. Massimo Fusarelli after more than three years of visits to different Entities of the Order and after meeting many friars in ongoing and initial formation, as well as the numerous candidates, and after consultation in the General Definitory and in collaboration with the General Secretariat for Formation and Studies, has decided to address all the Ministers and Custodes of our Order with a letter concerning formation. This is the first in a series of letters that will be addressed to different groups of friars responsible for ongoing formation, the pastoral care of vocations and initial formation.
