Message of Solidarity in Prayer for the Friars Living in Belgium

Dublin, 23 March 2016 Dear brothers who are in Belgium, The Lord give you His peace! On behalf of all the Friars of the Order I am writing to you to express our solidarity in prayer in this time of great sorrow, violence and insecurity that are consequences of the attacks to Brussels that took place yesterday morning, March 22, 2016. These reprehensible actions of violence against innocent people must be condemned. At the same time, we pray for the victims of these actions, for those who have lost their lives and for those who were wounded. We wish that all the injured people do recover quickly.
