Franciscanist’s Workshop

25 September 2019
With the initiative Bottega del francescanista (Franciscanist’s Workshop), the School of Medieval and Franciscan Studies of the Pontifical Antonianum University offers students and researchers a precious opportunity to get to know and familiarise themselves with essential tools and working methods in the study of the sources, through a series of practical seminar lessons. During the meetings, the “masters of the workshop” will illustrate, among other things, codices, critical editions, collections of documents and papal letters, bibliographic repertoires, magazines, etc., kept in the library of the Pontifical Antonianum University. The initiative is open to students enrolled in the courses of licentiate in theology or master’s in historical-literary disciplines as well as to those who have already obtained these degrees. The cost of participation is € 270.00. Students who take part in all the scheduled activities and complete a final paper of at least five pages will be awarded 3 ECTS credits. This will be confirmed by the issue of a final certificate. See the programme of meetings and further information.
