From May 29 to June 2, 2017 Franciscan friars gather in Umbrian
ad instar Capituli, on the occasion of the 500th anniversary of the publication of
Ite vos, at the "Oasis Saint Francis” in Foligno.
After the introductions of the participants, there will be a full program which involves the participation of Bishops and Franciscan General Ministers, work in small groups and in Assembly, round tables,
Lectio divina, Eucharistic celebrations, recreations, pilgrimages, etc. They are also working using a preparatory document, entitled “The Franciscan Friars in Umbria: Evangelization and Fellowship,” with various questions for group reflection.
