We are delighted to let you know that the Handbook for Provincial Secretaries has been published and is now available online in the three official languages of the Order - in a revised and expanded version:
The General Secretariat will be sending two hard copies of the Handbook to each entity of the Order - one for the Minister/Custos/President and the other for the respective Secretary.
This publication is the result of detailed and meticulous work on the part of many friars; we trust that it will prove to be extremely useful for the work of the Secretaries around the Order and that it will facilitate their cooperation with the General Secretariat.
