The purpose of this Manual is to help those entrusted with the government and administration of the Provinces by indicating how the relevant norms of law may be applied in certain concrete circumstances, providing where possible some sample documents that might prove useful, especially in communicating information to the General Curia.
While the Manual is not obligatory in nature, nevertheless the practices described and the samples offered are the fruit of several decades of contact between the various Entities of the Order and
the General Curia, especially General Secretariat and General Procura of the Order.
