Celebrating the Minister General’s Feast Day 2018

On the 29^thof September 2018, the Feast of the Archangels, the friars celebrated the Feast Day of the Minister General, Br. Michael A. Perry, OFM. The celebration began at 11:30 am in the General Curia with the Eucharist presided by the Minister General himself. The friars of the General Curia participated with the other friars from the houses that are dependent on the Minister General in Rome. Among those in attendance were Abbot Primate Gregory Polan OSB of Collegio Sant’Anselmo, Fr. Jerzy Norel, Vicar General of the Conventual Franciscans, Sr. Mary Melone, Rector of PUA, Fr. Eligio Gelmini OFM of Mondo X, a number of OFM Provincial Ministers and other Religious who are close to the Curia as well as friends of the Fraternity. The homily was given by the Vicar General, Br.
